Appointment Policy Reminder

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you have confirmed and not attended, you may be charged the full treatment cost.

If you are running more than 5 minutes late, please call the salon. We will always do our best to accommodate you, however some of your treatment time may be forfeited.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

With late cancellations or no-shows, it can be difficult for us to offer that time to clients on our waitlist.

Our cancellation policy is in place to protect our team and our small business. When appointments are missed at short notice, our therapists have already set aside that time for you.
