HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound)

Our Renova machine has been clinically tested and proven to safely tighten skin from the inside out, reducing superficial and deep lines and repairing the collagen and elastin fibres. The skin is lifted looks remarkably younger and has a noticeably healthy colour and glow.

Ultrasound energy is used to stimulate the deep layers of the skin and produce a lift. The use of ultrasound waves targets different layers of the skin which heats and coagulates the protein that stimulate new collagen creating a lift and tightening of the skin. Intense vibrations are caused at a cellular level; the friction of this leads to heat formation at the localised site thermal coagulation points.

Ultrasound causes inflammation from the heat that then triggers the stages of wound healing. We target the SMAS layer of the skin at a 4.5mm depth. The causes denaturation of the collagen fibres and causes immediate collagen contraction while preserving the skins integrity.

Melano Out

Elaine Brennan Skin Renewal Peel

This unique treatment produces a superior peeling that is safe and extremely effective.
